I dropped a scoop in after a rough Monday and the spearmint really does lift the mood. The milk powder dissolves fast, no gritty residue at the bottom of the tub, and the scent lingers on my skin for a while after.

The eucalyptus hits first, then the spearmint softens it, and together they actually clear my head after a long day. I use a scoop in a warm bath before bed and the goat milk leaves my skin feeling ridiculously soft.

The spearmint really comes through without smelling like toothpaste, which I was worried about. My muscles unclenched after maybe ten minutes and I slept like a rock. Eucalyptus was strong enough to clear my sinuses too.
