甜橙牛奶浴

The sweet orange scent fills the whole bathroom as soon as it hits the warm water, and it lingers on my skin long after. I've been using it on Sunday nights and the bergamot actually does seem to mellow me out before bed.

The orange scent is strong without being fake, and the bergamot underneath makes it feel more like a spa soak than a candy bath. It dissolves fast in warm water with no gritty bits left at the bottom of the tub.

My bath has become the part of my day I actually look forward to. The orange and bergamot blend is calming without being heavy, and I love that the bergamot is supposedly mood-boosting because I do feel a little lighter after soaking.
