Rubbed a little under my nose before bed and actually made it through the night without waking up congested. The balm itself is thick but not greasy, and a tiny bit goes a long way.

The cooling sensation hits right away when I dab it under my nose, and I actually notice myself breathing easier within a few minutes. I keep the tin on my nightstand now and swipe some on before bed, no more tossing and turning from a stuffy chest.

I've been rubbing this on my kids' chests and backs at bedtime, and the cooling sensation seems to help them settle into sleep faster. The texture is a bit waxy at first but melts in nicely once it warms up on skin.
