Oatmeal & Honey Milk Bath

The oatmeal actually dissolves instead of clumping at the bottom of the tub, which I wasn't expecting. My winter-dry shins felt noticeably softer the next morning, no lotion needed. Two scoops is plenty for a full bath.

I drop a scoop in a warm bath after long runs, and the oatmeal actually soothes the dry patches on my shins. The goat milk leaves my skin feeling soft for a full day instead of tight. Weirdly impressed for something with so few ingredients.

My skin drinks this up, especially my elbows which are usually dry and rough. One scoop in a warm bath and I don't even need lotion after. The honey and oatmeal combo is exactly what my winter skin needed.
