The goat milk leaves my skin so soft I skipped lotion entirely afterward, and the lavender scent is strong enough to actually relax me without being perfumey. A 20-minute soak before bed and I slept straight through the night.

The dried lavender buds floating in the water were a nice touch, they slowly release more scent as the milk dissolves. My skin felt soft afterward without any lotion, and the lavender smell lingered just enough to help me unwind before bed.
