Banho de leite de árvore-do-chá

My skin was angry after a week of garden work, so I dumped a scoop of this in a warm bath and the tea tree scent hit me right away. The itchiness on my arms calmed down by the time I got out, and it soaked in without leaving that slippery film some milk baths do.

I picked this up after too many hot-tub sessions left my skin feeling itchy and irritated. The tea tree oil in it really seems to do the work, and the goat milk leaves everything soft instead of tight. It's become my Sunday reset.

I've struggled with a recurring rash on my shoulders and after three soaks in this the redness has calmed way down. The tea tree scent is strong but fades once you're out, and the milk leaves my skin soft instead of tight.
